What are the advantages of hiring a professional photographer for your wedding or special event?

Hiring a professional photographer will be worth the money to make sure you get a great end result. Professionals have the right equipment for your wedding or other special event and they have experience that others don’t have. To get great pictures, you must be comfortable with the photographer and professionals are use to working with individuals and getting that feeling. When you think about the cost of photography, remember that the photographer's fee is only part of your investment: everyone in your family and your friends will be looking at these pictures.

Can I customize my photo package?

Yes you can.  I have 4 main packages, but what I prefer to do is talk with you personally about what you want and what exactly your expectations are for the final product. This will help you choose what is right for you.  Sometimes that means the packages won’t work for you.  We can do things 'ale cart' as well.  There is always something that will work according to your wants and your budget.

Will you travel to us for our wedding or other special event?

Yes I will.  As long as I’m available for the dates you need me for.  Travel expenses will be added to your investment.

Is there a deposit to secure the date we need you?

Yes.  I require a 25% of the total bill.  As soon as that is paid, I guarantee the date for your event.  The total remaining is due no later than 7 days prior to the actual shoot.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept cashiers checks and all types of credit cards.

How quickly will we receive proofs?
I always try to get them to you as soon as possible, however, depending on how busy I am, that is not always the case.  I guarantee you will have a CD of all the pictures and your proofs within 2 weeks of the event.  Other products you may order could take longer.

How long will it take to receive our albums?

That will depend on your product.  Albums will take up to 6 weeks and online albums will take up to 8 weeks to see online.  I take tons of care into making your albums the best.  It will take you and I some time to figure out the exact pictures you want.  You will love the end result.

Do you shoot digital or film?

All my photos are shot digitally.  I prefer this method due to the creativity it gives us in the editing process.  You’ll get more creative pictures which means better albums.

What happens to our deposit if we cancel?

In the event that you cancel before the wedding ceremony takes place, the deposit (25% of the total bill) will be forfeit. “Memories by Billi” agrees to refund all additional paid money (less expenditures for which receipts will be provided), to you.
